Services

All services are available in one or more of the following ways:
  • Remote access, Drop-off, or In-person, Onsite support
    • Onsite: I come to you. This works for setting up wireless or wired networks, wireless printers and internet issues.
    • Remote: This works well for general computer clean up, most Malware and virus removal, and even computer evaluation.
    • Drop-off: From minor to major computer repairs, data recovery, clean up, and Malware and virus removal.
  • Computer clean up
    • Resolve slow computer performance and confirm the drive is not failing.
  • Malware and virus removal
    • Scanning for these issues, removing unwanted or unneeded programs, browser extensions, and other junk.
  • Refurbished desktop and laptop computers
    • I refurbish a limited number of laptops and desktops for sale. These machines are in great shape and a great value. I also order from a supplier of refurbished business grade desktops and laptops. Both options are much cheaper that buying a new computer.
  • Wireless and Wired Network Setup and Repair
    • I recommend solutions and installation of wireless systems for both home and business.
  • UniFi Device Management
    • For businesses, I usually recommend UniFi systems for security gateways, wireless access points, and switches. I manage those devices for the client, so they don’t need to worry about maintaining and upgrading them. The cost is very reasonable.
  • Office 365 backups
    • For businesses, I recommend my cloud solution for backup of your full Office 365 system. This includes OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. The cost is very reasonable.
  • Computer evaluation for fixing, upgrading or replacing.
    • I don’t believe in sinking money blindly into a computer that is not worth fixing. I evaluate your computer on many points – the computer performance, age, operating system, and consideration of installed software that is irreplaceable or no longer installable.
  • Data recovery and backup solutions
    • Everyone should be backing up their computer data. Backups need to be confirmed and I recommend a multiple backup system. There are plenty of options and I help my clients to find the best solution for them.
    • Hard drives fail. The sooner I can identify a failing drive, the greater the chance of recovering your files. Once a drive has completely failed, recovery is possible, but it is a very slow process and it still may fail to recover your files.
